AI Consultant in Colorado

I help Colorado teams put AI to work: not strategy decks, but systems in production, built with the people who have to run them. Based in Boulder County, working statewide from the Front Range outward.

Readiness audit

Where AI pays, in writing. We walk your operation, map where the hours actually go, and rank the places AI helps first. You own the plan whether or not you build it with me.

Implementation sprint

One workflow, built and launched with your team: agents, automations, and integrations tested inside your real operation, not on slideware. Working software at every step.

Team training

Your people learn to run what was built: the tools, the review steps, and what to do when something looks wrong. I stay involved until using it feels normal.

Ongoing support

Models, vendors, and your own operation shift. Optional ongoing help keeps what we built healthy, adds automations as the work changes, and retires what stops earning its keep.

Where I work

In person across Boulder, Denver, Aurora, Lakewood, Colorado Springs, and Fort Collins, and anywhere in Colorado by arrangement. Remote delivery statewide.

Questions, answered

Do you travel across Colorado?

In person across the Front Range for discovery and kickoffs, and anywhere in Colorado by arrangement. Most delivery is remote, which is how statewide work stays affordable.

How is this different from the Boulder and Denver pages?

It is the same practice with one front door for teams outside the two metros. If you are in Boulder County or Denver, those pages describe the local arrangement better.

What does the first sprint include?

One workflow, chosen in the audit: built, launched, and handed over with your team trained to run it. Scope and terms are agreed before any work starts.

Do you work with non-technical teams?

Yes. Most of the work is mapping the business first and choosing tools second. If your team has work that repeats, the audit will find where AI pays.
